Account

Go to /register and complete the three-step form — your basic details, a username and password, then mobile OTP verification. The whole process takes under two minutes. You must be 18 or older and provide a valid Pakistani mobile number to complete registration. Once verified, your account is active immediately and you can make your first deposit.

No. LuckyWin allows exactly one account per person. Multiple accounts are detected automatically and result in all associated accounts being closed. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the Forgot Password feature on the login page rather than creating a new account.

Deposits

LuckyWin does not charge any fees on deposits. The amount you transfer is the amount credited to your balance, with no deduction. First, check your Easypaisa/JazzCash/bank balance to confirm whether money was actually debited. If it was debited but not credited to LuckyWin, contact support immediately with your transaction reference number, the amount, the date and time, and the payment method used. No. All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of a third party, or accepting deposits from someone else's account, is a breach of LuckyWin's Terms and Conditions and will result in your account being suspended pending a full review. LuckyWin operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances, bets, bonuses and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. There is no currency conversion and no hidden exchange rate fees — what you put in is what your balance shows.
Withdrawals

If a cricket match is abandoned before a result can be determined — due to rain, bad light or other causes — all unsettled bets on the match outcome are voided and stakes returned in full to your balance.
